Strange Things
I find it strange that I should feel obliged to put on clothes, in my own house, at times. We have a holiday rental property, adjacent to our home and, much as we enjoy hearing people having away from home sex, there is a down-side.
The rental has access to a garden, which is at the side of our house. My kitchen windows overlook it. Until very recently, the small area outside my kitchen was totally overgrown with honeysuckle and the like, so it was nigh on impossible for us to see out - and for others to see in.
However, when having work done on our property recently, it was necessary to clear that mini jungle so as the workmen could access the windows. All well and good. The light into the kitchen has been increased three-fold. Yet now, when people are stopping in the holiday rental, they occasionally go into the garden. Even worse is when they have children, who have the audacity to play in the garden.
Now, strange as it may seem, I cook. You know, real food. I stand at the my built-in chopping board, at the window, and prepare vegetables and the like. Generally speaking, in the nude. I see no reason to get dressed, unless I am leaving the building, which does not happen all that often.
I am in fear of receiving an ASBO. For doing what I have always done in my own home. I find this a very strange thing. I am not all that pleased about it.
